Primary Pinnacle provides specialist small-group and one-to-one tuition for pupils aged 5–18, available in person and online. These terms govern your use of our website at primarypinnacle.co.uk and any tutoring services you engage us to provide.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

The content on this website — including text, images, and blog posts — is owned by Primary Pinnacle and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Tutoring sessions are confirmed once we have agreed the details with you directly following your enquiry. Prices are as stated on our Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Sessions are charged per hour. Payment terms will be agreed at the point of booking.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full at our discretion.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all pupils. We ask that parents and pupils treat our tutors with courtesy and respect.

Primary Pinnacle reserves the right to end a tutoring arrangement if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the learning environment.

The safety and wellbeing of children in our care is our highest priority. All tutors working with children hold a current enhanced DBS certificate.

For online sessions, we recommend that a parent or guardian is present in the home during the session, particularly for younger pupils.

While we take every care to provide high-quality tuition, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results depend on many factors including a pupil's effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Pinnacle's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the sessions in question.

We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked to from this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
